Getting Started

Starting Auction Data Wizard

To start Auction Data Wizard:

Double click the Auction Data Wizard icon on your desktop.

OR

From the Start menu, select Programs, then Auction Data Wizard and click Auction Data Wizard.

Getting Help

Access the User Manual page from the program:

- From the Help menu, click Auction Data Wizard User Manual or press F1.

How To ...

Import Books TAB file

Part A : Export Books TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Create a new Excel file and enter the following fields, one per column : title, subtitle, author_firstname, author_lastname, category, publisher, publication_year, supplier, condition, language, pages, isbn, binding, quantity, cost, selling_price, summary, imagelink1 (the first row must have these field names)
  3. On each row, enter the column data
  4. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  5. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  6. In the Save As window : enter a new File name, tick the checkbox Edit filter settings and press the Save button
  7. The Export of text files window opens : select {Tab} in the Field delimiter and delete the delimiter in Text delimiter text box with the backspace key
  8. Press the Ok button
Part B : Import Books TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the Inventory menu and then click Books
  2. Click on the Import button and a dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the Books table

Import AbeBooks TAB file

Part A : Export AbeBooks TAB File with HomeBase:

  1. Start HomeBase
  2. Click on Listings tab
  3. Select Item(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted)
  4. Select File and the Export from the main menu
  5. The Export Wizard window is opened. Select Listings and click on next button
  6. Select All, Changes since or From catalog and click on next button
  7. The Select Export Format window is opened. Select Tab Delimited File and click on next button
  8. The Save As dialog window is opened. Select the Save in: folder and enter the TAB filename in the File name textbox
  9. Click the Save button
For HomeBase 2.3 the Tab delimited must have the following fields : BookNumber, Author, Title, Illustrator, Publisher, AskingPrice, Status, BookCondition, Size, JacketCondition, Binding, BookType, ISBN, PublishPlace, PublishYear, Edition, Inscription, Keywords, Notes, PrivateComment, PurchasePrice, Location, DateAdded, DateUpdated, UpdatedBy, InvoiceId, BookId

You can also add an extra field for the book's image url by editing the Tab delimited file. The fields must be in the following order: BookNumber, Author, Title, Illustrator, Publisher, AskingPrice, Status, BookCondition, Size, JacketCondition, Binding, BookType, ISBN, PublishPlace, PublishYear, Edition, Inscription, Keywords, Notes, PrivateComment, PurchasePrice, Location, DateAdded, DateUpdated, UpdatedBy, InvoiceId, BookId, ImageURL

  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import AbeBooks TAB File
  2. The Select AbeBooks TAB to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the AbeBooks Listings tab


Import Alibris Book TAB file

Part A : Export Alibris Book TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the Alibris Book Excel file that have your auction listings' fields in the following columns : Item ID, Author/Artist, Title, Price, Media Type, Media Format/Binding, Publisher, Place Published, Date Published, Topic/Genre, Media Condition, Cover Condition, Comments, Notes, ISBN/UPC, Status, Quantity, Location (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  4. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  5. In the Save As window : enter a new File name, tick the checkbox Edit filter settings and press the Save button
  6. The Export of text files window opens : select {Tab} in the Field delimiter and delete the delimiter in Text delimiter text box with the backspace key
  7. Press the Ok button
For Alibris Book the Tab delimited must have the following fields : Item ID,Author/Artist,Title,Price,Media Type,Media Format/Binding,Publisher,Place Published,Date Published,Topic/Genre,Media Condition,Cover Condition,Comments,Notes,ISBN/UPC,Status,Quantity,Location

  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the Alibris Book Listings tab


Import Amazon TAB file

Part A : Export Amazon TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the Amazon tab file that has your auction listings' fields in the following columns : sku, price, quantity, product-id, product-id-type, condition-type, condition-note, ASIN-hint, title, product-tax-code, operation-type, sale-price, sale-start-date, sale-end-date, leadtime-to-ship, launch-date, is-giftwrap-available, is-gift-message-available (the first row must have these field names)
  3. The Text Import Window opens : In the Separator Options section : select Separated by, tick the Comma checkbox only and select double quote for Text delimiter
  4. Press the Ok button
  5. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  6. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  7. Press Save button
  8. The Export of Text Files window displays (running OpenOffice.org)
  9. Select {Tab} for Field Delimiter
  10. Press OK button

Part B : Import Amazon TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import Amazon TAB Delimited File to Import

Import AtomicMall TAB file

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the AtomicMall Excel file that have your auction listings' fields in the following columns : itemname, qty, price, condition, mfr, shiptime, shipto, shipping_reg, shipping_exp, shipping_intl, method_reg, method_exp, method_intl, image, image_2, image_3, image_4, image_5, image_6, upc, sku, description, notes, specs, warranty, reg_price, sale_expdate, category, subcategory, subsub, storecat, auctionmode, maxbids, reserve (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  4. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  5. In the Save As window : enter a new File name, tick the checkbox Edit filter settings and press the Save button
  6. The Export of text files window opens : select {Tab} in the Field delimiter and delete the delimiter in Text delimiter text box with the backspace key
  7. Press the Ok button

Part B : Import AtomicMall TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import AtomicMall TAB Delimited File to Import
  2. The Select AtomicMall TAB Delimited File to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the AtomicMall Listings tab


Import Biblio TAB file

Part A : Export Biblio TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the Biblio Excel file that have your auction listings' fields in the following columns : Bookseller Record ID,Author,Title,Book Description,Book Jacket (or Dust Jacket) Description,Book Price,Subtitle,Publisher,Publication Date,Publication Place,Edition Description/Edition,ISBN,Book Condition,Book Jacket (or Dust Jacket) Condition,Book Illustrator,Book Format or Binding,Listing Keywords,Pages,Catalog,Quantity,Image URL,Language (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  4. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  5. In the Save As window : enter a new File name, tick the checkbox Edit filter settings and press the Save button
  6. The Export of text files window opens : select {Tab} in the Field delimiter and delete the delimiter in Text delimiter text box with the backspace key
  7. Press the Ok button

Part B : Import Biblio TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import Biblio TAB Delimited File to Import
  2. The Select Biblio TAB Delimited File to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the Biblio Listings tab


Import Bonanza TAB file

Part A : Export Bonanza TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the Bonanza Excel file that have your auction listings' fields in the following columns : item_id, title, description, price, quantity, images, shipping_price, category_id,trait (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  4. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  5. Press Save button
  6. The Export of Text Files window displays (running OpenOffice.org)
  7. Select {Tab} for Field Delimiter
  8. Press OK button

Part B : Import Bonanza TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import Bonanza TAB Delimited File to Import
  2. The Select Bonanza TAB Delimited File to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the Bonanza Listings tab


Import CQout TAB file

Part A : Export CQout TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the CQout Excel file that have your auction listings' fields in the following columns : Title, Sub_Category_text,S ub_Category_Code, Description, Image_URL, Starting_Price, Best_Offer,Reserve_Price, Quantity, PP_Local_Country_Standard, PP_Local_Country_Express, PP_International_Standard, PP_International_Express, Optional_Featured, Optional_Gallery, Optional_Cross_Promotion, Optional_2nd_Category, Optional_Home_Page, Optional_Premium_Package, Item_location, Length_of_auction, SecurePay_Escrow, Payment_methods, Postage, Auto_Extend, Where_sell_to (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  4. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  5. In the Save As window : enter a new File name, tick the checkbox Edit filter settings and press the Save button
  6. The Export of text files window opens : select {Tab} in the Field delimiter and delete the delimiter in Text delimiter text box with the backspace key
  7. Press the Ok button

Part B : Import CQout TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import CQout TAB Delimited File to Import
  2. The Select CQout TAB Delimited File to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the CQout Listings tab


Import Delcampe CSV file

Part A : Export Delcampe CSV File with Delcampe Lister:

  1. Start Delcampe Lister
  2. On the Item Lists window, select the rows
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. On the Export window, select File Type : CSV and click on Browse to save the listings to a file
  5. Select a File and press the Save button
Part B : Import Delcampe CSV File with Microsoft Excel :
  1. Start Microsoft Excel
  2. File > New > Blank Workbook
  3. Data > Import External Data > Import Data
  4. Select file
  5. Files of type : select Text files (*.txt...)
  6. Press Open button
  7. Text Wizard Import window opens : select Delimited
  8. Press Next
  9. For Delimiters tick checkbox Semicolon only
  10. Press Next
  11. Press Finish
  12. Press Ok on Import Data window
  13. Click on the File menu and select Save as : Select Save as type and choose Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt)
  14. Click Yes
OR

Part B : Import Delcampe CSV File with OpenOffice :
  1. Start OpenOffice
  2. Open the Delcampe CSV File
  3. The Text Import Window opens : In the Separator Options section : select Separated by, tick the Semicolon checkbox only and select double quote for Text delimiter
  4. Press the Ok button
  5. Click on the File menu and select Save As
  6. In the Save As window tick the checkbox Edit filter settings and press the Save button
  7. The Export of text files window opens : select {Tab} in the Field delimiter and delete the delimiter in Text delimiter text box with the backspace key
  8. Press the Ok button

Import eBay CSV file

Part A : Export eBay CSV File with Turbo Lister:

  1. Start Turbo Lister
  2. Select Item(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted)
  3. Click on the Filemenu and click on Export Selected Items
  4. Select File Format : File Exchange Format (CSV file)
  5. Click on Show Options and make sure checkbox All is ticked
  6. Click on Export button
  7. The Save As dialog window is opened. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  8. Click the Save button
Part B : Import eBay CSV File with Microsoft Excel :
  1. Start Microsoft Excel
  2. Open the eBay CSV File
  3. Click on the File menu and select Save as : Select Save as type and choose Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt)
  4. Click Yes
OR

Part B : Import eBay CSV File with OpenOffice :
  1. Start OpenOffice
  2. Open the eBay CSV File
  3. The Text Import Window opens : In the Separator Options section : select Separated by, tick the Comma checkbox and select double quote for Text delimiter
  4. Press the Ok button
  5. Click on the File menu and select Save As

  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import eBay TAB File
  2. The Select eBay TAB File to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the CSV file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the eBay Listings tab


Import eBid TAB file

Part A : Export eBid TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Download eBid spreadsheet from http://www.ebid.net/spreadsheet/ebid.xls
  2. Start OpenOffice.org
  3. Open the eBid Excel file that have your auction listings
  4. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  5. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  6. Press Save button
  7. The Export of Text Files window displays (running OpenOffice.org)
  8. Select {Tab} for Field Delimiter
  9. Press OK button
Part B : Import eBid TAB File with Auction Data Wizard: (supports Ninja Lister v0.99.0 TAB Delimited Files)
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import eBid TAB Delimited File to Import
  2. The Select eBid TAB Delimited File to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the eBid Listings tab


For eCrater the Tab delimited must have the following fields : title, description, local_cat_id, global_cat_id, image_url, price, weight, taxable, condition, quantity, shipping_us48, shipping_alaska, shipping_hawaii, shipping_canada

  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import eCrater TAB File
  2. The Select eCrater TAB to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the eCrater Listings tab


Import Etsy TAB file

Part A : Export Etsy TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the Etsy Excel file that have your auction listings' fields in the following columns : TITLE, DESCRIPTION, PRICE, CURRENCY_CODE, QUANTITY, TAGS, MATERIALS, IMAGE1, IMAGE2, IMAGE3, IMAGE4, IMAGE5 (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  4. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  5. Press Save button
  6. The Export of Text Files window displays (running OpenOffice.org)
  7. Select {Tab} for Field Delimiter
  8. Press OK button

Part B : Import Etsy TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import Etsy TAB Delimited File to Import
  2. The Select Etsy TAB Delimited File to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the Etsy Listings tab


Import EtsyCSV TAB file

Part A : Export Facebook Payvment TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the Facebook Payvment Excel file that have your auction listings' fields in the following columns : name, description, price, currency, qty, is_qty_unlimited, weight, weight_unit, sku, type, client_product_id, image, image_2, image_3, image_4, image_5, new_state,tags, is_taxable, is_free_shipping, shipping_method, is_featured, category_code, client_category_name, enable_additional_qty (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  4. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  5. In the Save As window : enter a new File name, tick the checkbox Edit filter settings and press the Save button
  6. The Export of text files window opens : select {Tab} in the Field delimiter and delete the delimiter in Text delimiter text box with the backspace key
  7. Press the Ok button

Part B : Import Facebook Payvment TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import Facebook Payvment TAB Delimited File to Import

Import Google Base TAB file

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the Google Base Excel file that have your auction listings' fields in the following columns : title, link, description, id, condition, price, availability, image_link, shipping_country, shipping_service, shipping_price, gtin, brand, mpn,product_type, additional_image_link, additional_image_link, quantity, weight, upc (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  4. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  5. In the Save As window : enter a new File name, tick the checkbox Edit filter settings and press the Save button
  6. The Export of text files window opens : select {Tab} in the Field delimiter and delete the delimiter in Text delimiter text box with the backspace key
  7. Press the Ok button

Part B : Import Google Base TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import Google Base TAB Delimited File to Import

Import Google Shopping TAB file

Part A : Export Google Shopping TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the Google Shopping tab file that has your auction listings' fields in the following columns : id, title, description, link, image_link, additional_image_link, mobile_link, availability, availability_date, cost_of_goods_sold, expiration_date, price, sale_price, sale_price_effective_date, unit_pricing_measure, unit_pricing_base_measure, installment, subscription_cost, loyalty_points, google_product_category, product_type, brand, gtin, MPN, identifier_exists, condition, adult, multipack, is_bundle, energy_efficiency_class, min_energy_efficiency_class, max_energy_efficiency_class, age_group, color, gender, material, pattern, size, size_type, size_system, item_group_id, product_detail, product_highlight, adwords_redirect, custom_label_0, promotion_id, excluded_destination, included_destination, shopping_ads_excluded_country, shipping, shipping_label, shipping_weight, delivery_length, shipping_width, shipping_height, ships_from_country, transit_time_label, max_handling_time, min_handling_time, tax, tax_category (the first row must have these field names)
  3. Press the Ok button
  4. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  5. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  6. Press Save button
  7. The Export of Text Files window displays (running OpenOffice.org)
  8. Select {Tab} for Field Delimiter
  9. Press OK button

Part B : Import Google Shopping TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import Google Shopping TAB Delimited File to Import
  2. The Select Google Shopping TAB Delimited File to Import dialog window opens
  3. Select the TAB file and click on the Open button
  4. Click on Import Records
  5. The imported records are displayed in the Google Shopping Listings tab


Import iOffer CSV file

Part A : Export iOffer TAB File with Microsoft™ Excel or OpenOffice.org™ :

  1. Start OpenOffice.org
  2. Open the iOffer CSV file that has your auction listings' fields in the following columns : category, title, product_type, brand, condition, description, quantity, price, shipping, image1, image2, image3, keyword1, keyword2, keyword3, keyword4, country_shipping, item_specifics (the first row must have these field names)
  3. The Text Import Window opens : In the Separator Options section : select Separated by, tick the Comma checkbox only and select double quote for Text delimiter
  4. Press the Ok button
  5. Select from Menu : File > Save As
  6. Select Save as type : Text CSV (.csv)
  7. Press Save button
  8. The Export of Text Files window displays (running OpenOffice.org)
  9. Select {Tab} for Field Delimiter
  10. Press OK button

Part B : Import iOffer TAB File with Auction Data Wizard:
  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import iOffer TAB Delimited File to Import

  1. Start Express Lister
  2. Select Item(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted)
  3. Click on the Tools menu and select Back up, to XML and Selected Items
  4. The Save As dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Import UIEE Auction File with Auction Data Wizard:

  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import UIEE Auction File or navigate to the UIEE Auction Tab Panel and click on the Import button
  2. The imported records are displayed in the UIEE Auction Listings tab


Import UIEE Books File with Auction Data Wizard:

  1. Click on the File menu and click sub-menu Import and select Import UIEE Books File or navigate to the UIEE Books Tab Panel and click on the Import button
  2. The imported records are displayed in the UIEE Books Listings tab


Convert Listings

  1. Click on the any of the Auction Listings tabs
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. At the bottom of the window, select from the list Add to [Auction Type] Listings
  4. Click on the Add button
  5. The selected Listings are added to the destination Listings tab


Export AbeBooks Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the AbeBooks Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As AbeBooks TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button


Export Alibris Book Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the Alibris Book Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As Alibris Book TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export Amazon Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the Amazon Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As Amazon TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export AoB Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the AoB Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As AoB TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button


Export Biblio Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the Biblio Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As Biblio TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export Bonanza Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the Bonanza Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As Bonanza TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export Delcampe Listing as CSV or TAB File

  1. Click on the Delcampe Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Above the Export button, select either Export Delcampe Listing file (CSV) or Export as TAB Delimited file
  4. Click on the Export Delcampe Lister File button
  5. The Save As Delcampe Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  6. Click the Save button

Export eBay Listing as CSV File

  1. Click on the eBay Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export Turbo Lister File button
  4. The Save As eBay TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export eBid Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the eBid Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As eBid TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export eCrater Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the eCrater Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As eCrater TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

  1. Click on the Etsy Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Above the Export button, select either Export Etsy (CSV) file or Export as TAB Delimited file
  4. Click on the Export Etsy Lister File button
  5. The Save As Etsy Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  6. Click the Save button

Export EtsyCSV Listing as CSV or TAB File

  1. Click on the EtsyCSV Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Above the Export button, select either Export EtsyCSV file or Export as TAB Delimited file
  4. Click on the Export EtsyCSV Lister File button
  5. The Save As EtsyCSV Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox

Export Facebook Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the Facebook Listings tab

  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As Facebook TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export Google Base Listing as XML or TAB File

  1. Click on the Google Base Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Select Export as Google XML file or Export as Tab delimited file
  4. Click on the Export button
  5. The Save As Google Base Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  6. Click the Save button

Export Google Shopping Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the Google Shopping Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Select Export as Google Shopping Tab delimited file
  4. Click on the Export button
  5. The Save As Google Shopping Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  6. Click the Save button

Export iOffer Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the iOffer Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As iOffer TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export MyAuctionPlanet Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the MyAuctionPlanet Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As MyAuctionPlanet TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export OZtion Listing as XML File

  1. Click on the OZtion Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As OZtion XML File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export PrestaShop Listing as TAB File

  1. Click on the PrestaShop Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As PrestaShop TAB Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

  3. Click on the Export button
  4. The Save As UIEE Auction Text File dialog window opens. Select the Save in: folder and enter the filename in the File name textbox
  5. Click the Save button

Export UIEE Books Listings

  1. Click on the UIEE Books Listings tab
  2. Select Listing(s) (the row(s) selected are highlighted) * Press Ctrl+Left Click to select more than one row
  3. Click on the Export button
